I have downloaded and installed your Adminimize plugin for WP 2.5.1, unfortunately the large blog title is still showing and not pushing to the top (as is shown in your screenshot). I have uploaded a screenshot here:

I want to try this new feature, but I don't have CVS access, and the questionnaire module is not at this time available on the modules download page. Could this happen please so that those of us without CVS access can nonetheless get a hold of the latest versions? 2ff7e9595c
